The Benefits of Sealing
Having your brick pavers professionally sealed is the most fundamental, crucial and important step in preventing your property safe from mold, mildew, algae and other growth bacteria, micro organisms, damage & sinkage. Sealing your pavers will protect them, keep them looking new longer, make it easier for you to keep. During our restoration process, we install a sand back in to the joint in addition to the maintenance benefits from the stabilized sand, the sealer will also help protect your pavers from stains.

our story
Sunshine Florida Services Inc is a family business that started in 2008, a hard year when I and 200 other employees got laid off from a home builder company. My wife and I and our 3 kids asked God for help.
We began to clean houses for a living, we did our best and did it happily. Our objective was to always leave our customers satisfied and happy; this was how we knew that they would put in a good word for us to their friends, family and neighbors. Many clients asked me to clean the outside of their houses, patios, windows, sliding doors, pool screens, and lanai’s; at the time I would use the power washing machine that the client themselves had; that was when I knew I found an opportunity to help my family even more.
Perfecting in pressure washing jobs I would become more of a help to my family. It wasn’t easy at first but with God, my family, years of learning what kind materials and chemicals to use and hard work.
Sunshine Florida Services Inc has been accomplishing the objective of a happy, and satisfied costumers, who will gladly share our work with others. Today, my wife and my kids have been helping and working, along with thanking God for all things that have helped us grow our family owned business.
